In case of any grievances or disputes the client has the following redressal mechanism as prescribed by SEBI:–

Step 1 – The client should first take up his/her/its grievance with Ideaspring Capital by lodging a complaint directly with the Customer Care of Ideaspring Capital. Mr. Naresh P, who can be reached on naresh@ideaspringcap.com.The grievances have to be redressed not later than 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the grievance by the Customer Care.

Step 2 – If the client is not satisfied with the resolution provided by the Customer Care then he/she can take up his/her/its grievance with the Compliance officer of Ideaspring Capital . Compliance officer is Mr. Kailashnath MS, who can be reached on kailash@ideaspringcap.com.The grievances have to be redressed not later than 21 calendar days from the date of receipt of the grievance by the Compliance officer.

Step 3 – If the investor’s complaint is not redressed satisfactorily, one may lodge a complaint with SEBI on SEBI’s ‘SCORES’ portal which is a centralized web based complaints redressal system. SEBI takes up the complaints registered via SCORES by https://scores.sebi.gov.in/

Step 4 – If the client remains dissatisfied with the outcome of the SCORES complaint, the client may consider the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) through the Smart ODR portal at https://smartodr.in

Step 5 – With regard to physical complaints, investors may send their complaints to: Office of Investor Assistance and Education, Securities and Exchange Board of India, SEBI Bhavan, Plot No. C4-A, ‘G’ Block, Bandra-Kurla Complex, Bandra (E), Mumbai – 400 051
